Space.s completed the modern and practical offices for Topenland, a member of Hung Thinh Land, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Topenland provides a digital platform for buying, selling, leasing, and investing activity with high technology that helps maximize the great potential real estate marketing in Viet Nam.
With the concept ‘Social Network’, 4,000sqm of the workplace creates a variety of spaces to enhance customer experience, connect people and boost employees’ productivity.
The design creates a transparent and reliable feeling to build trust with customers and reflect Hung Thinh’s reputation as the leading company in the real estate industry in Vietnam. The office is not only an exchange place but also where employees can be proud, happy, and eager to contribute more to the company.
To well support the company’s activity as meeting clients is always a part of their job, ADP created a lot of meeting rooms with modern and high-class design, which upgrade the experience of customers inside space. In addition to a series of meeting rooms, the training room is also greatly invested to help staff develop their skill and thrive in their career paths.
