Remedy Office – Chicago
The new Chicago office of Remedy give a sense of reimagined vision and identity, a space that brings to life the new brand of the healthcare real estate company.
Unispace designed the Remedy office to feel like home for their employees and clients at their downtown location in Chicago, Illinois.
Remedy is the nation’s largest private owner and service provider for healthcare real estate with a mission of providing fully integrated, fully committed solutions for a constantly shifting landscape. They were looking for a partner who could achieve their business goals, bringing to life their brand in their new workplace.
With their clients in mind, Remedy’s goal was a workplace that combined the comforts of home with the hip look and feel of Chicago’s Soho House. They wanted to break from the corporate office with a space that embraced their new identity and culture. Through visioning sessions, Unispace learned collaboration rooms, cafes, the boardroom, and the reception were key areas of focus.
Unispace worked closely with Remedy’s team, using the inspiration of “walking into someone’s home” to select various textures, patterns, finishes, and lighting that would bring to life Remedy’s vision and create the warm and inviting feeling found in a home. Through progressive budgeting and Unispace’s 3D modelling software, uniBIM, Remedy could select options and make decisions that kept them within their desired budget while achieving their goals.
The completed workplace captures Remedy’s vision exactly to the renderings. Each work area guides you on a journey from “the entry of a home to the back.” Biophilia throughout the office brings in natural elements and unique light fixtures and artwork add a modern flare, embracing their brand and culture. Throughout the space, every detail was carefully blended to create a destination for staff and clients alike.
Remedy is now able to reintroduce themselves with a workplace that better reflects their solutions, their commitment to their clients, and allows them to move forward confidently. The decision-making team is elated with their final workplace, truly seeing their vision brought to life.
