Savills Offices – Ho Chi Minh City
ADP Architects designed and built the new office design for global real estate agency Savills in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
As one of the world’s leading property agencies with expertise in local and international property, Savills Vietnam wants to create a new premium building demonstrating Savills’ leadership and expertise and support the modern Hybrid workstyle.
The office is organized into a public side which is more professional and a more dynamic section for employees that reflect the young and open culture of Savills. Aesthetically, along with the professionalism for the leading property agency, the new office highlights the young and energetic culture of Savills that helps achieve the recruitment, retention, and well-being goals.
By conducting the Workplace Index Survey, ADP has a general look at our client and their employees’ experience with the old place and the expectation for the new one. As the result, the new layout optimizes the space for the increasing headcounts while addressing all staff’s demands for a better place to work and interact by an open floorplan and flexible work settings. The new design applied the activity-based workplace that embraces more shared areas and unique work settings.
