FCA utilized strong materials and clean lines to complete the Kleinbard Headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Kleinbard retained FCA to develop a modern workplace environment that supports the firm’s unique company culture and reflects its bold departure from traditional law office design. The new layout embraces transparency while simultaneously enhancing office functionality and providing flexibility for different work styles.
Upon entry, guests are greeted by a striking black marble reception desk and contemporary light fixtures that illuminate the elegant space, with a variety of seating options closeby. Collaborative breakout spaces, sleek lounges, and conference rooms coupled with private attorney offices and quiet heads-down work areas can be found throughout the workplace. Collectively, the various types of space achieve a seamless balance, satisfying the profession’s requirements for both openness and privacy. Warm tones and soft materials lend to a residentially-inspired aesthetic, bringing the comforts of home to an upscale office space.
The design team worked closely with Kleinbard throughout the planning process to foster an environment that supports staff with day-to-day tasks, team brainstorms and client meetings. FCA’s design for Kleinbard’s Philadelphia headquarters blends traditional law office functionality with modern design elements and amenities, resulting in a progressive workspace that inspires employee collaboration and productivity.
