Space.s completed the modern and practical offices for Deanshoes, a company specializing in shoemaking famous in the world, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Deanshoes Vietnam is a customer centric manufacturing & service provider with profession and perseverance for top footwear brand in the world. Deanshoes approached Space.s to design a modern, cohesive, and multifunctional office in order to create a different workspace in their industrial zone.
With the concept ‘The new playground’, 1,500sqm of the workplace creates a variety of spaces to enhance encourage interaction, stimulate creativity and boost employees’ productivity.
Space.s researched and designed a dynamic space with an impressive “deconstruction” architecture, inspired by “The Land of Energy” and the desire to express the brand identity of Nike clients. Space.s has brought a design solution with a youthful style by combining wood and stone materials, bright colors, and smart space division between every area such as: pantry, meeting room, open workspace, collaboration space.
Furthermore, Space.s with the “local touch” element impressed by the use of typical Vietnamese materials such as rattan and cork help the office become more friendly, harmonious, and enhance cohesion.
