Bouygues Immobilier Offices – Warsaw
BIT Creative Barnaba Grzelecki completed the Bouygues Immobilier offices with rich materials in Warsaw, Poland.
Bouygues Immobilier with more than 60 years of experience is the leading real estate developer in France and Europe. Bouygues Immobilier actually manages the 33 departments in France and 4 in other European countries. The new office of polish branch occupies the area of 1500 sqm on the 24th floor in Rondo 1 office building in Warsaw.
The function
The key task in the arrangement was to design the plan adjusted to Investor’s needs. The entrance area has been designed in the width of the whole floor. From this space we have the direct access to the conference rooms, waiting area and coffee point-the welcoming area for the visitors where we can help ourselves with the coffee while watching the view of Warsaw skyline. At the same time this space can be used to organize the meetings of the whole team, The further zones of the office have been divided according to the Investor’s needs- the open space areas are separated by office and meeting rooms. The design
Classic herringbone, ornament glass, coloured PET, rattan furniture and plants. These are the elements that we decided to choose to achieve the interesting visual effect. In combination with the lighting above aspects create the unique character of this space. We cared about designing the interior with home like accents such as parquet. The cosy interior that is the representation of Bouygues Immobilier Polska company- leading real estate developer. In the ESG spirit
The idea of sustainable development was very important for us in this project. We tried to use as much as possible the existing space plan as well as the elements of the existing design. After the inventory and some analysis we managed to reuse a lot of components of the previous interior design. We prevent the existing ceiling and lamps, as painting it in black colour in some areas according to the project assumptions we added some refreshment to the space. Glass walls and wooden doors have stayed as well or have been relocated and adjusted to the design. In the kitchen area in collaboration with the Investor we decided to only change the fronts’ colour to the wooden shade that will be suitable for the design.
