  • Forward 50 created a newly furnished, experience-driven workspace for Ayden in Singapore.

Adyen, a global payments provider, has taken a significant step towards improving staff and customers’ experience in its newly established 11,000 sq. ft. space at The Funan, Singapore. The office is fitted with a customer experience centre, inclusive shared spaces, exclusive solo spaces, and multiple breakout areas to actualize greater collaboration, flexibility, and comfort among team members.

The multinational firm, as part of its strategy to eradicate the old ways of doing business, has opted for a biophilic design that encourages creativity and comfort. Full height glazed partitions, bold beam ceilings, spaced out rooms, earthy tones, vibrant pastel colors and textures, and indoor plants characterize the interior of Adyen Singapore.

In an age where HR practitioners are scouting for new ways to advance the workspace to encourage a more collaborative and rewarding environment, the Adyen Funan office incorporates a wide selection of activity-based working zones and experienced driven rooms. From a townhall for large groups, to more intimate discussion pods and a dozen individual phone booths, staff members can easily switch from one activity-based zone to another with ambience and equipment that fits their unique needs.

When in need of a break from the tedious task of the day, staff members can enjoy social and entertainment areas, like the entrance lounge, coffee servery, table tennis court area and a yoga & meditation corner. In tune to thinking local, the fitout also includes elements of Singapore culture from the artwork to the fabric designs.

Adyen has not cut off its customers from the experience-driven fit-out, as it also houses an immersive customer experience centre that showcases the Tech Giant’s unique payment technology that allows businesses to accept e-commerce, mobile, and point-of-sale payments.
