  • Setter Architects struck a balance between industrial and warmth for the Malam Team offices in Petah Tikva, Israel.

The project placed in Petah Tikva, has an area of approximately 18,000 square meters spread over 6 large floors in Gisin Park.

Malam Team is a large corporation that consists of a variety of businesses. The goal of the project was to develop a design framework with several identities, a space that connects intricate compositions, and a new urban feel by combining various materials and textures.

In parallel to vision, we’ve planed a variety of features, including primary entrances and floors, an auditorium, training rooms, offices, neighborhoods in the manner of spices, cafeterias on floors, and a restaurant. The project was designed as a hybrid with the “hot work station” method and includes a system for summoning work station meeting rooms and personal lockers.

The model we designed produces private spaces such as: executive rooms and meeting rooms, alongside open spaces with a central avenue that creates opportunities for formal and informal meetings in an urban atmosphere.

The work stations in the open space were planed in a manner which design to allow maximum flexibility but also allow privacy through low partitions made of natural raw materials.

The two buildings are connected by a gathering roof, which allows the company’s employees to hold events and gatherings in a public setting and improves the connection with the outside world.
