TSK Group has created an impressive, unified office space for the 20 brands operating under the Acacium umbrella.

Acacium Group partnered with workplace interior design specialists TSK to design and build a workspace that would unite their brands, empower their people, and complement their long-term goals.

Acacium Group’s vision is to become the leading global healthcare solutions partner. With this in mind, the project needed to accommodate growing teams and celebrate the Acacium brand with a digital-first focus.

Acacium Group were previously operating from four sites across North Central London. After a detailed inspection of how these spaces were being used in a post-pandemic world, we devised a strategy based on business requirements, occupancy, and locations. Opting for a singular space for all London teams would facilitate a more collaborative culture and save costs in the process.

Just like Acacium, we put the people at the heart of this project, focusing on employee and client experience to define how different brands and teams can use the space. The new office features areas for focused work, collaborative meetings, and social activities to encourage connection. By adopting hybrid ways of working with non-assigned desks, the number of desks has been reduced by half, leaving more room for training facilities, tech-fitted meeting rooms, and collaboration pods.

With 20 independent brands calling this space their home, communion was a big theme throughout the design process. A considered use of Acacium’s brand colour palette alongside warm wooden furnishings and soft lighting creates a comforting feel while contributing to the sense of brand identity that flows throughout this space.
