WRISE Offices – Dubai
M.R. STUDIO designed a sophisticated space with natural light at the WRISE offices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
WRISE, a global wealth management firm, recently opened its doors to its 400-square meter office area in Dubai DIFC, designed by M.R. Studio. The space is a testament to their commitment to innovation, challenging traditional office concepts and transforming them into a creative hub that fosters collaboration and productivity.
The office’s reception area follows the design scheme of the Hong Kong office, featuring a herringbone patterned floor, beige hand-painted walls and ceiling, and sparkled wallpaper inspired by the company’s brand motif. A simple curved marble counter placed in the middle of the space welcomes clients and visitors.
The meeting rooms were designed with bespoke timber shelves, with some dedicated to storage and others to accessories. In the middle of each room is an AV system for video conferencing. To represent the brand’s concept of wealth that grows with ambition, a round-shaped artwork is displayed in the middle wall of the room.
The boardroom is designed to exude luxury, with a slightly curved cove ceiling that features a special paint finish. A bespoke black metal ball-shaped frosted glass lamp hangs in the center of the room, complementing the full-height walnut timber wall panel on the left. On the right, a full-height curtain sheer softens the space. Orange leather office chairs are placed around a bespoke walnut conference table, providing an elegant space for formal meetings.
The pantry features a marble island bar counter for catering food and fruits for staff. A black metal glass partition prevents the smell of local cuisine from penetrating the office, contributing to a spacious and clean atmosphere. A bespoke pendant lamp is added to increase the dining ambience, making staff feel recharged. The area is also perfect for hosting meal events for clients and parties.
The informal meeting room is a casual yet luxurious space for more relaxed meetings. Timber wall panels with a herringbone patterned floor, a signature 3D curve TV wall, and artful pieces like a green leaf-shaped artwork complete the space. Green-coloured sofas and brown leather armchairs provide comfort and relaxation to staff.
Attention to detail distinguishes the back office. Each desk features a unique pendant lamp, ensuring ample lighting for individual workstations. Creamy white walls and ceilings, adorned with a special paint finish, contribute to a fresh and comfortable atmosphere. Light-colored timber office tables complement the decor, while floral arrangements in the center of the space infuse an element of style and lifestyle.
The WRISE Office in Dubai is a testament to M.R. Studio’s ability to transform an office space into an innovative and functional hub that meets the needs of modern businesses. Challenging traditional design concepts, they have managed to evoke a sense of luxury and comfort while providing the flexibility to accommodate formal and informal meetings. The WRISE Office Dubai is an example of how design can empower collaboration, fuel productivity, and inspire creativity.
