Charlie Greene Studio designed a sophisticated space for the Applied Systems offices in Chicago, Illinois.
The Fulton Market satellite office for Applied Systems, a software and technology management company serving the insurance sector, provides a warm welcome to guests, as well as space for city-dwelling remote workers to connect, collaborate, and build community. It is a knowledge center, a collaboration hub, a community magnet, and a brand beacon, all while being an effective place for heads-down work. The hospitality focus of the space is evident immediately upon entering, catering to recruiting and onboarding events, team meetings, and client engagements. Unassigned offices and workstations support individual work, and collaborative spaces are always close at hand. Overall, the workplace supports the needs of an innovative company with a hybrid workforce, drawing people together in unexpected ways.
