Taak Interior & Architect (TAIA) has recently completed a co-working space with an eclectic mix of East meets West with a modern oriental twist at Samyarn Mitrtown complex, Bangkok.

About 300 Sqm of loft space over-looking the panoramic Bangkok skyline was designed for a fintech start-up to create a casual residential style space yet still retaining an established corporate feel.

Inspired by the modern oriental East meets West style, old-school charm mixed with modernism to represent the traditional concept of wealth management but with a contemporary feel incorporating diversity and cross-culture. Technology and Tradition going together hand-in-hand.

An open loft space filled with oriental style and modernism furnitures surrounded by a palette of antiques and mural wall art, soft neutral laminate wood wall mixed with natural rattan. The space was organized to accommodate 3 individual meeting rooms bordering the open space with a central coffee bar, sitting and lounging space with a special Zen zone relaxing area inspired by the Japanese rock garden.

The space aims to encourage staff to collaborate and find inspiration yet feel casual enough to relax, refresh and recharge after long hectic working hours. As for clients and visitors, the space aims to welcome and impress, to reflect the value of trustworthiness in a modern financial establishment.
