The New Work Project is thrilled to announce the opening of ELEVENTH, its expanded workspace with new private studios, collaborative breakout areas, dedicated desks, and conference rooms.

Bathed in natural light with views of the Manhattan Skyline, every design detail at ELEVENTH has been meticulously considered to meet the demands of the discerning modern workforce. A warm, neutral color palette, signature scent, and biophilia combine to create a calming work environment that promotes innovation and productivity.

ELEVENTH features 12 private studios for teams of up to 10, each furnished with custom floating desks, ergonomic task chairs, keyless locking pedestals, designer desk lamps, open shelves, built-in coat closets, and smart locks.

The Lounge provides a semi-private space for informal team meetings and collaborative working. Light floods in through several oversized skylights, while stylish semi-circular breakout booths, upholstered in luxurious dark brown velvet, are accompanied by custom tables, rugs and poufs, framed by decorative lighting in polished nickel and a dividing arched accent wall with wallpaper by Eskayel. Custom artwork, by creative director Fanny Abbes, sits against decorative wall moldings, adding subtle pops of color to the otherwise neutral scheme.

The Gallery is open but private and flooded with natural light from a large skylight overhead. A pair of vertical chandeliers in polished nickel, visible from the Lounge through two arched openings, hang above eight dedicated workstations, each thoughtfully separated with bronze glass privacy screens.

Bronze glass and curved forms feature strongly elsewhere in the public spaces and again in each of the conference rooms where a striking custom wallpaper installation by Designtex is reflected in oversized circular wall mirrors, and wishbone chairs sit aside conference room tables by The New Design Project.

Three fully ventilated, sound-insulated privacy pods provide an ideal escape for a quick call or focused work, while a selection of hot drinks, as well as still and sparkling filtered water, are served on tap from a granite-topped central drinks station.
