Feltouch Design & Experience Center – Istanbul
Studio 13 Architects created the Feltouch Design & Experience Center as a welcoming and sophisticated space in Istanbul, Turkey.
We inspired from Feltouch’s most important values in every little architectural touch about this center. Feltouch is a manufacturing and product development company specializing in PET felt with advanced fibre & non-woven textile technology. Feltouch offers a variety of solutions through a range of standard or customizable products tailored to specific projects. With this responsibility, we are trying to use recycled or recyclable eco-friendly raw materials in the majority of our design process.
Emphasizing the area and creating different perspectives for a unique space. An impressive and bold architectural structure design was planned to create a three-dimensional effect with a repeating rhythm all over the space and display Feltouch products in a creative manner. Every aspect of the design emphasizes this.
All spaces are designed in a flexible manner for users and guests to easily find a place that works for them. To meet, greet, and collaborate. We tried to provide everyone with something unique for a fresh experience. Pleasant events, unexpected brainstorms, and collaborative meetings are at the core of this center.
The color scheme we used throughout the space was inspired by Feltouch’s existing palette. Bright, elegant colors for the atmosphere was all about Feltouch’s soul. So, we captured that feeling and then incorporated it into the interior design, using materials inspired by Feltouch’s sustainable perspective. Acoustic felt, natural wood, marble, LVT (luxury vinyl tile), perforated metals, and lots of greenery.
It is entertaining, cozy, and belongs to the Feltouch world.
