LVMH Fashion Group Offices – Singapore
ID21 designed the LVMH Fashion Group offices with a variety of collaborative spaces in Singapore.
For its new office in Singapore, the LVMH Fashion Group wanted to design a space that looks cohesive like a single entity, while ensuring that the demarcated work zones addressed the specific needs of four different brand teams.
Reimagining the space as a blank canvas on which the employees are invited to bring their creative visons to life, we adopted a soft and minimalist aesthetic. The front of house features a monotone look defined by linear lines, the latter being a subtle reference to the client’s logo, which greets the eye as one enters the space.
A rectangular reception counter with marble grain provides a hint of texture, balanced by a pair of curved chairs that softens the waiting area, while four brand logos on the wall allude to the teams that inhabit this office.
A boardroom and a spacious work-lounge located side and side are centrally located within the floorplate. Separated by an operable wall, the two spaces can be combined easily for large gatherings and townhall meetings. The work lounge, which features an open ceiling softened by hanging sphere pendant lights, offers a variety of seating options, from bench seating to café-style chairs and bar stools.
Our holistic approach means there is a reason for every detail, furnishing and colour. Take the work lounge as an example. Here, the multi-door refrigerator comes in complementary shades of dark beige and grey, as well as a writable surface. A small wet pantry is tucked discreetly in a corner to be as unobtrusive as possible, and there is plenty of countertop space and deep drawers to ensure functionality.
The end result is a collaborative and inspiring workplace that exudes quiet sophistication while projecting a distinctive brand identity, be it on a Group-level or on a Maison-level; a place that encourages every employee to fully express their passion for their work.
