HLGstudio Offices – Atlanta
HLGstudio created a space to accommodate the needs of their growing team in Atlanta, Georgia.
As one of the fastest growing interior design studios in the Sunbelt, HLGstudio’s new space needed to support not only the rapid growth of a diverse design staff, but also address the needs of a “new” post pandemic workplace. The desire for efficiency, flexibility, social engagement, and wellness led to a design that not only supports both personal and professional growth, but also provides a cool, casual work environment where staff can easily engage one another and clients to co-create meaningful design.
The space is organized around team “pods” that provide designers ample space to create and collaborate on projects. The material library and storage is distributed throughout the studio to encourage movement and interaction between teams. And key to the design is a hospitality hub that provides informal space for events with vendors, staff, and the community. Most importantly, the new space allows HLGstudio to directly engage clients to define and visualize design solutions with tools that facilitate both digital and analog interactions.
