Private Wealth Offices – West Des Moines
RDG Planning & Design created a modern space for the Private Wealth offices in West Des Moines, Iowa.
Private Wealth’s new office in the popular Valley Junction neighborhood of West Des Moines, Iowa needed a contemporary, fresh style to complement its trendy location. RDG’s design of a light-filled open office combines with private offices, teaming spaces and conference/meeting rooms uses modern finishes paired with minimalist design to create an inviting atmosphere for clients and staff. A focus on integrated lighting design, including coordination between lighting and interior designers on finish selections for wall coverings, tile and paint colors, helped to define spaces with high-contrast wall finishes while maintaining the continuity of light and professional aesthetic throughout.
Special touches like a custom millwork wall with integrated LED linear lights, a welcoming café area, a prominent awards wall, imaginative decorative lighting and a custom steel and glass dividing wall give cues to clients that their needs and interests are priorities for the firm. The design of the space offers generous opportunities for both formal and informal interaction and teaming and allows flexibility for growing the staff without compromising functionality.
