Groupe Rémy Cointreau Offices – Paris
Parella created a sophisticated office space for Groupe Rémy Cointreau in Paris, France.
After 18 years on Boulevard Haussman, the group wanted to move and find a new office that would embody its values.
In addition to embodying the Group’s values and culture of excellence, the future site had to offer the best possible working environment and encourage sharing and transmission between employees. To carry out this large-scale project, the Parella teams were immersed in the Remy Cointreau universe and proposed a co-construction method involving all the teams.
A new 2,900 m² office was found on rue Balzac, in the heart of the central business district, spread over 3 floors and extended by a splendid terrace overlooking the whole of Paris.
Parella assisted the Rémy Cointreau Group in is real estate strategy (negotiation and signature of the lease), as well as in the design of the future headquarters.
