TSK partnered with Sodexo to design a flexible and collaborative workspace that showcases the company’s global reputation, integrates new technologies, and creates a positive employee and client experience.
Workplace interior specialists TSK Group partnered with Sodexo to design and build their aspirational new London HQ.
World-leaders in facilities & property management and catering & food services, Sodexo operate in over 60 countries with a vision to create a better day for everyone and build a better life for all. Their new workplace had to live up to their fantastic global reputation.
We worked together with Sodexo to see how we could push the boundaries of workplace potential to create an inspirational space that empowers employees and showcases clients’ future potential.
Working closely with key stakeholders, we devised a strategy which featured flexibility and collaboration at its core. These concepts were brought to life in the design, where reconfigurable partitions and adjustable spaces played an integral role. These adaptable design features mean Sodexo can alter their space to suit the number of occupants or different activities taking place.
Sodexo have embarked on a huge transformation, re envisioning this workplace to support a modern hybrid working model required integrating new technologies to enable seamless remote collaboration. This shift also allowed Sodexo to reduce their space by 50%, cutting down their carbon footprint, saving costs and improving sustainability in the process.
Another key focus of this project was people. Sodexo wanted to create a real employee and client experience upon entering the space. What’s clear as you immerse yourself in this environment is the attention to detail that has gone into the lighting, bright, fantastic social spaces, stunning pastel colour palette that plays homage to Sodexo’s brand, superb furnishings and touches of greenery.
