Located on the 74th floor of the iconic JP Morgan Chase tower – designed by the renowned architect I.M. Pei – the office is a practical and professional space for this investment advising firm. Transparency makes the office feel spacious and light with seemingly endless sightlines. As you enter the reception area, you can see Houston’s skyline through the glass walls and doors of the large boardroom and atrium just beyond. Around the corner from the reception’s seating area, a custom millwork shelf holds trophies revealing Petrie’s business achievements.

The office embraces a two-story atrium spanning floors 74 and 75. It offers a tranquil retreat for the employees. Adjacent to the boardroom, the atrium is the perfect flex space for hosting any meeting. A compact, on-site gym makes it easy for employees to decompress at any time of day.

Carefully selected lighting fixtures and stone accents contribute to a refined atmosphere without sacrificing usability. Wood-veneered walls provide a warm contrast to the white ceilings and polished stone floors. Natural light floods the office, accentuating the furniture and finishes and contributing to a vibrant, productive workplace.

Petrie Partner’s Houston office is a practical manifestation of the client’s business essence, where attention to detail and thoughtful design choices converge to create an elegant and comfortable environment.
