GHD Offices – Leeds
GHD partnered with TSK to design a workplace in Leeds that represents their brand, supports sustainability, and promotes flexibility, featuring a branded statement light feature and a social space.
Their new space located at 11 Wellington Place, a cutting-edge building in the city centre, honours GHD’s story that began in Leeds and will support the brand’s rapid growth and evolution.
To make a bold statement and let people know they are in town, a branded statement light feature was installed, visible from the street below.
The entire project was focused on creating an exciting workplace experience centred around people, and a buzzing social space and business lounge were created to provide the perfect place to grab a good coffee and catch up with colleagues.
Sustainability was also a key aspect of the transformation, with this new building using 41% less energy consumption than the average building—it’s also the first development outside of London to achieve a prestigious NABERS Design Reviewed Target Rating of Five Stars or above.
The space is highly adaptable, so it can evolve and change over time as the GHD brand continues to grow for many years to come.
