SVB Realty Offices – Mumbai
ZERO9 designed SVB Realty’s impressive office in Mumbai by merging two spaces to create a grand reception area, sleek meeting rooms, a luxurious boardroom with marble finishes, and bright workspaces.
When SVB Realty acquired a landmark office space in Mumbai’s bustling business district, their first call was to ZERO9, their long-term design partners for multiple prestigious projects.
The office, spanning over 1500 Sq Ft, was created by merging two offices, resulting in an impressive reception area to welcome visitors. Marble-clad walls exude elegance, complementing the marble reception desk. Adjacent to the reception is a small meeting room for quick discussions. On the other side, the reception hosts a large presentation room where prospective buyers can gain insight into SVB Realty’s upcoming projects. Clad in leather panels, the presentation room also conceals doors to a private washroom, server room, and provides personal access to the boardroom.
The boardroom features a large 10-seater desk with marble-clad walls and a custom-made table with a marble top and leather base. Equipped with state-of-the-art automation, the boardroom facilitates both video conferences and in-person meetings.
Filtered daylight permeates the workspaces through fluted panels serving as partitions between workspaces and meeting cabins. The overall light color palette chosen deliberately enhances the bright and airy ambiance of the environment.
