Tricentis Offices – Austin
IA Interior Architects collaborated with Tricentis and JLL to design a transformative workplace in Austin, blending brand identity with adaptable spaces, natural materials, and innovative design elements.
Tricentis, in collaboration with JLL and IA Interior Architects, embarked on a transformative journey to craft the ideal workplace at their Austin Headquarters, seamlessly blending their brand ethos, identity, and design principles.
Tasked with outfitting an entire floor for a recently onboarded client under the Tricentis banner, the CEO envisioned the Austin HQ as a bustling nexus for both employees and visitors. Embracing a forward-looking approach, the space was meticulously organized into adaptable neighborhoods fostering privacy, collaboration, and specialized training facilities.
In anticipation of the post-COVID era, the design team curated a hybrid office environment promoting spatial efficiency without compromising on employee flexibility. Grounded in the ethos of locality, the design palette featured indigenous materials, embracing warm hues and tactile textures, while integrating playful nods to the brand, imbuing the space with a sense of dynamism and comfort that resonates with employees. Moreover, a diverse array of meeting spaces, ranging from intimate huddle rooms to expansive conference suites, coupled with open and closed collaboration areas, afforded employees the freedom to choose their optimal work setting, with a centrally positioned break room doubling as a welcoming reception area.
Experiential Design principles were deftly woven into the fabric of the workspace, influencing mood, ambiance, and navigation. The ceiling design, a testament to this ethos, not only ensures unobstructed vistas but also orchestrates a symphony of light and reflection, elevating the overall spatial experience at Tricentis’ Austin outpost.
