Wingate, a leading investment firm, enlisted Axiom Workplaces to transform their workspace in Melbourne’s prestigious 101 Collins Street. The aim was to craft a dynamic & sustainable environment that seamlessly melds tradition with innovation, fostering collaboration and embodying Wingate’s values.
Axiom’s comprehensive approach covered Workplace Strategy, Interior Design, Project Management, and Construction. They didn’t just renovate; they curated a space adaptable to Wingate’s agile work practices. Flexibility was paramount. The revamped office caters to diverse work styles and functions, empowering employees to choose their preferred setting for maximum productivity.
Yet, it wasn’t solely about practicality. Axiom sought to nurture a unified workplace culture reflective of Wingate’s ethos. They strategically integrated features promoting collaboration and community, reinforcing the organisation’s values and aspirations. The outcome? A workspace that not only facilitates agile working but also unites employees under a common purpose.
The project earned accolades, clinching silver at the Better Future Awards 2023 and the Australian Interior Design Awards 2024. It’s a testament to the seamless integration of design and functionality, creating an environment poised to propel Wingate towards future success.
