  • The design of Bank Hapoalim’s offices and call center in Holon embodies a style that reflects the company’s modest yet stable and solid corporate culture. This design approach is not just about aesthetics but also about encapsulating the humanity and principles that underpin the bank’s operations. Employees throughout the company experience these values daily, as the design fosters an environment that aligns with the bank’s ethos.

Our design principles focused on incorporating a selection of solid and elegant materials, paired with balanced and complementary tones. This combination created a timeless color scheme that instills a sense of tranquility within the space. The intention was to craft an environment that is not only functional but also soothing, promoting a calm and professional atmosphere. Additionally, we introduced vibrant and light branding elements to cater to the youthful demographic of the workforce. This infusion of energy ensures that the space is not only serene but also engaging and dynamic, reflecting the vibrancy of the younger employees.

Collaboration was key to the success of this project. We worked closely with the bank’s designated team, engaging in a collaborative process that ensured full agreement on all aspects of the design. This partnership was crucial in translating the bank’s values into a physical space that supports and enhances its corporate culture. By aligning our design approach with the bank’s core principles, we were able to create an environment that truly represents Bank Hapoalim’s identity and fosters a productive and harmonious workplace.
