AIS Servis Offices – Prague
UNLIMIT DB completed a sustainable project for AIS Servis in Prague, incorporating recycled PET panels, carbon negative flooring, timber ceilings, and personalized shelving for a “second home” feel.
With joy, we share the successful project completion for our wonderful client AIS Servis! We are proud to have contributed to creating an environment that our client can call a second “home”.
The use of recycled PET bottle acoustic panels and Interface’s carbon negative flooring are just some of the sustainable features we incorporated into the project.
Additionally, all the main spaces are visually connected by a timber slatted ceiling and curved floor, subconsciously encouraging use of the social areas and promoting more movement.
A crucial element worth noting is the connection to the outdoor greenery. The main part of the office is facing the garden towards the courtyard. The other side of the office facing the street, however, offers even more greenery thanks to the vibrant green wall.
Another important aspect of the holistic design was the possibility of personalizing the space. Thanks to the shelving, employees can customize the office according to their needs and desires, which contributes to their overall sense of well-being and belonging.
