Dr. Oetker’s office redesign by TSK focuses on creating a modern, interactive workspace with a soft color palette, open-plan areas, and environmental sustainability, enhancing employee experience and boosting productivity.
Dr. Oetker partnered with TSK to transform their office into a modern and exciting workspace that aligns with their culture and future vision.
The new office features open-plan workspaces that promote interaction and teamwork alongside quiet zones for focused, individual tasks. This balance supports their hybrid working model and gives employees more choices about how they work.
A soft, fresh colour palette and natural elements create a comfortable and familiar atmosphere, replacing cellular offices with light, airy spaces to boost productivity and well-being.
TSK created the design with environmental impact in mind. It uses energy-efficient lighting and recycled materials while focusing on reducing the office’s carbon footprint.
Dr Oetker also needed a space to host customers and colleagues to explore trends and showcase new products. This new office features high-quality hosting facilities, an impressive presentation kitchen and a comfortable client lounge.
Employee experience was the defining focus of this new space, which led to the installation of a staircase connecting previously separated floors, a fantastic social space, and a bar.
Since moving into the new space, office occupancy has soared, creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere and enhancing organisational culture.
