Houston Kemp Offices – Sydney
Houston Kemp’s move to Liberty Place by Wool+Hay aimed to create an adaptable and innovative environment fostering collaboration, creativity, and efficiency while meeting the team’s evolving needs.
The economist, Houston Kemp, had an affinity for their current building and its picturesque view, but recognized the need for expansion and the creation of a more diverse range of spaces for the team. Consequently, the decision was made to relocate Houston Kemp to Liberty Place by Wool+Hay, resulting in the establishment of an innovative and adaptable environment. This environment was intentionally designed to foster seamless collaboration, facilitate productive meetings, and offer dynamic work experiences for all team members. The new space is characterised by its flexibility and easy adaptability to the evolving needs of the team. With a primary focus on cultivating teamwork and providing efficient meeting spaces, Wool and Hay successfully transformed the new location into a dynamic hub for creative and collaborative work. The relocation to Liberty Place has not only addressed the need for expansion but has also provided a conducive environment that encourages creativity, efficiency, and teamwork whilst compromising the views.
