  • Unlike traditional call center structures, the aim of the project was to design a space where employees could not only perform their tasks but also come together, interact, and relax. The design focuses on fostering a sense of community and well-being among employees. Central to the project is a wooden mass that houses essential functions such as the reception, kitchen, restrooms, and quiet cabins. This central structure is strategically positioned to meet the needs of employees efficiently while providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The design features wide, open spaces that are dominated by fluid forms, offering a sense of comfort and freedom. The fluid forms and open spaces are designed with the aim of enhancing the physical and mental well-being of employees, with these shapes being accentuated through the careful selection of materials. The central area, featuring prominent wooden elements, is mirrored on the floor with the use of yellow tones. Color is also utilized in ceiling reflections to emphasize the shared working areas.

In addition to offering a comfortable workspace, the design includes various communal areas where employees can gather in different ways, encouraging interaction and collaboration. The amphisteps, positioned on one side of the space, is deliberately aligned with the adjacent busy roadway, offering a view of the vibrant activity that is believed to have a soothing effect on those watching.

Following the pandemic, it has become clear that call centers no longer just require functional workspaces but spaces designed for collaboration and interaction. By reimagining the call center environment in this manner, the project seeks to foster a more enjoyable and effective atmosphere, moving beyond traditional work environment expectations.
