ADP Workplace designed and built the innovative Manulife Customer Service Center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, reflecting Manulife’s values through a sustainable, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing space.
ADP Group recently completed the design and construction of the new Manulife Customer Service Center, a 650-square-meter space that reflects Manulife’s dedication to innovation and sustainability. Unveiled in 2024 to mark Manulife’s 25th anniversary in Vietnam, this center serves as a significant milestone, showcasing a seamless blend of functionality, brand identity, and environmental responsibility.
Overcoming Challenges Transforming the Manulife Customer Service Center was a complex project due to the deteriorated condition of the original space. ADP Group undertook a comprehensive redesign, ensuring that the existing architectural framework was respected while meeting the tight deadline for completion. The result is a state-of-the-art space that exemplifies ADP’s expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality projects on schedule.
A Vision of Immersive Brand Experience Central to the design philosophy was the creation of an immersive brand experience that embodies Manulife’s values. The design features a green palette, integrating an abundance of plants and trees to create an eco-friendly, inviting atmosphere. This focus on natural elements not only enhances the visual appeal but also promotes well-being for both clients and employees, making the space feel vibrant and alive.
Smart and Efficient Space Design The center was meticulously designed to optimize both functionality and efficiency. ADP reorganized the internal traffic flow to ensure smooth navigation and convenience for users. This smart design fosters a more productive work environment and a pleasant experience for clients, demonstrating ADP’s thoughtful approach to space planning.
Multifunctional Cafeteria Space One of the highlights of the new center is its multifunctional cafeteria. Designed as a versatile space, it provides a relaxed setting where Manulife staff can interact with clients or unwind with colleagues. This area serves as a social hub, enhancing the sense of community within the workplace and supporting the overall employee experience.
