Marking Campari’s debut ownership in Greece, this office design immerses visitors and employees in the brand’s rich, evocative world from the moment they step through its speakeasy-inspired entrance.

Upon entry, guests are greeted by a striking reception area featuring a monolithic marble bar, reminiscent of Milan’s Corso Magenta, and an executive boardroom that effortlessly connects via operable glass doors. This layout cultivates a sophisticated ambiance parallel to the most exclusive hotel lounges, setting a tone of elegance and refinement. The design seamlessly integrates Campari’s branding elements with a deep blue color scheme echoing the brand’s logo, complemented by sleek furniture upholstery. Italian design expertise is elegantly paired with Greek sophistication through materials such as patterned wallpapers that evoke the charm of a Milanese café. Every detail, down to the acoustic panelling styled like a slice of orange—a nod to Campari’s classic cocktail garnish—reinforces the brand’s identity.

Open-plan workspaces foster a collaborative spirit, enhanced by hot desking policies that keep the environment dynamic and adaptable. The floorplan features branded phone booths, meeting rooms, and dedicated amenity spaces for various Campari labels, while bespoke vintage advertising art and displays, including nostalgic viewfinders reminiscent of the Galleria’s famed Campari bar, celebrate the brand’s storied legacy. A highlight of the office is the full-fledged training academy for master mixologists, allowing employees to engage in the art of cocktail creation and uphold Campari’s celebrated mixology traditions. The cafe lounge, adorned with a local olive tree, offers a refreshing retreat and a touch of Greek charm.

Campari’s Marousi offices exemplify a masterful blend of the brand’s Italian elegance with contemporary workplace design. This vibrant, sophisticated environment truly brings Campari’s ethos of “toasting life together” to life, creating a space where every detail—from grand to subtle—reflects the brand’s timeless allure and dynamic spirit.
