  • Antilooppi, a leading Finnish real estate investor, has unveiled its latest addition to a network of flexible office spaces. Designed by Bolder in close collaboration with Antilooppi, this dynamic workspace within a larger office complex offers high-quality solutions for small businesses as well as adaptable spaces for larger, established companies.

The design concept draws from the industrial charm of Teurastamo, a neighborhood in Helsinki that closely resembles New York City’s Meatpacking District. Known for its laid-back, raw aesthetic, Teurastamo’s character is reflected in an interior that balances modern functionality with an eclectic mix of materials and textures.

What sets this project apart is its bold commitment to sustainability. Reflecting the property owner’s high environmental standards, much of the office has been outfitted with preloved furniture and repurposed decor elements, seamlessly blended with contemporary furnishings.

The building’s lobby—a central feature of the Pool concept—welcomes both visitors and tenants with an inviting atmosphere, thoughtfully furnished with a blend of preloved and existing pieces. This space serves not only as a transitional area but also as a reflection of the sustainable ethos that defines the project.

This flexible office space exemplifies how sustainability, style, and functionality can come together to create a modern workspace that resonates with both the environment and its users. With its laid-back, industrial vibe and strong emphasis on reuse, this project offers an innovative solution that aligns seamlessly with the spirit of its neighborhood.
