Motion Equity Partners Offices – Paris
STUDIO RAZAVI + PARTNERS designed the headquarters for a Paris-based private equity firm, drawing inspiration from a 1960s concrete building, with walnut and travertine elements, modular furniture, and a central hallway for flow and interaction.
The all-concrete building from the 1960s provided our primary source of inspiration when designing these headquarters for a Paris-based private equity firm.
We employed mostly walnut and travertine wall paneling to craft an environment that feels both intimate and sharp.
A selection of furniture systems provide both modularity and a sense of permanence.
A large central hallway acts as the office’s “main street”, serving as a vital artery that encourages movement and interaction among users. Everyone criss-crosses from one office to another, to meeting rooms, cafeteria, copy room etc. creating a constant flow & sense of life in the workplace.
All offices open up to the central hallway on one side and on to courtyards or gardens on the other, ensuring that every office benefits from abundant natural lighting.
