Workspace Arquitectura has completed the creation of Recurrent Energy’s new offices at Torre Europa, Madrid, next to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.
This project was designed to reflect Recurrent Energy’s values of sustainability and innovation, providing a modern, adaptable, and highly functional workspace.

Design Concept
The design of Recurrent Energy’s offices focuses on flexibility and efficiency, integrating sustainable elements and advanced technology. General lighting includes presence detection and light regulation systems to minimize energy consumption, creating an efficient and eco-friendly work environment.Multipurpose Area
A large multipurpose area has been developed that can adapt to multiple uses, integrating the office space with the multifunctional area through a movable glass curtain. This space is equipped with a large LED wall, ideal for presentations and conferences, and the modular furniture allows for varied configurations depending on the company’s needs. Soft seating and mobile, foldable tables facilitate the creation of different environments according to the requirements of the company.Sustainability and Energy Efficiency
Every aspect of the design aligns with principles of sustainability and energy efficiency. LED lighting with presence detection and light regulation reduces environmental impact. The construction and finishing materials were selected for their low environmental impact and recyclability, reinforcing Recurrent Energy’s commitment to sustainability.Acoustics and Comfort
To ensure an optimal work environment, acoustic glass and sound-absorbing panels have been installed. These elements guarantee a quiet atmosphere conducive to concentration, reducing distractions and improving employee comfort.Distribution and Spaces
The offices are organized into open and flexible areas, with collaborative spaces and meeting rooms equipped with cutting-edge technology. The break areas are designed to promote social interaction and employee well-being, while the modular furniture facilitates space adaptability.Materials and Finishes
