Woods at Eteläesplanadi redefines the traditional office landscape with NREP’s innovative ‘Space-as-a-Service’ concept, situated in a prime business spot in Helsinki, Finland. Designed to adapt to the evolving needs of modern businesses, Woods provides a dynamic platform where flexibility, sustainability, and functionality converge. The spatial concept integrates private office spaces with diverse shared areas, such as Hubs, meeting centers, and co-working spaces, fostering a vibrant community while offering the privacy and resources required for focused work. The design’s ‘Soft Classic’ theme embraces the heritage of Eteläesplanadi’s architecture with elegant, timeless touches. The aesthetic is characterized by dark tones, brass details, and patina, balanced by soft, natural materials such as wood and textiles. This interplay of classicism and Scandinavian design results in a calming, light-filled environment enriched by biophilic elements like curated greenery and abundant natural light.
