Hanh Nguyen Logistics Offices – Hau Giang
Co-IDB and Hanh Nguyen Logistics collaborated to design a modern office with a “global” spirit, focusing on a luxurious reception area, greenery, lighting elements, and functional meeting spaces for enhanced customer experience.
Co-IDB collaborated with Hanh Nguyen Logistics to develop a new office located within the company’s factory area in Hau Giang. With a commitment to credibility, quality, and a desire to elevate Vietnamese agricultural products to a new level, Hanh Nguyen’s goal for 2024 is to invest more in the workspace to enhance the experience for employees, partners, and clients alike. Understanding these aspirations, the Co-IDB team came together to conceptualize and transform the 1,000 square meters in this project into a modern office with a “global” spirit.
Starting with the reception area—the most important part of the office—it is arranged alongside the waiting area to enable efficient customer management and quick issue resolution, while also enhancing brand presence. High-end interior materials are used in this space, offering a luxurious experience upon entering.
Additionally, this area is designed with ample greenery, providing fresh air and a refreshing ambiance that alleviates customer stress and emphasizes the company’s sense of harmony. A large LED-lit logo ensures brand recognition and serves as a design highlight, making it easy for customers to see and remember the brand name. These elements collectively create a welcoming and memorable environment, reflecting Hanh Nguyen Logistics’ commitment to customer satisfaction and brand excellence.
Not only the reception area but also spaces like the pantry and meeting rooms were given special attention by Co-IDB in this project. We incorporated decorative LED lighting as focal points combined with stone tabletops that reflect light, creating a more spacious and bright experience. Additionally, the meeting room is equipped with movable partitions, allowing the investor to maximize the space. Neutral tones combined with wooden furnishings add a pleasant ambiance and convey the design’s enduring sustainability over time.
The successful collaboration between Co-IDB and Hanh Nguyen Logistics in this project is a testament to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, demonstrating both companies’ commitment to excellence and sustainable development.
