AI Associates designed the dynamic and vibrant StarHub office in Singapore, focusing on functionality, innovation, and aesthetic appeal through three core themes—Living, Yard, and Landmark—to promote interaction and community among employees.
The StarHub office project in Singapore embodies a dynamic and vibrant workspace that reflects the brand’s forward-thinking and collaborative culture. This 120,000-square-foot office is a seamless blend of functionality, innovation, and aesthetic appeal. Every aspect of the office has been thoughtfully crafted to inspire employees, enhance productivity, and reflect StarHub’s brand identity.
The design concept for the StarHub office is built around three core themes—Living, Yard, and Landmark—each contributing to the overall narrative of the workspace while encouraging interaction, innovation, and a sense of community among employees.
Living: The Welcoming Heart of the Office
This area serves as the main entrance and reception, welcoming guests with a bright, open design that reflects StarHub’s innovative spirit. The space features a circular seating area for showcasing home entertainment services and a green time tunnel highlighting enterprise technology solution. Surrounding this are spaces for gathering, including a coffee bar and touch-down areas, promoting interaction and relaxation.Yard: A Playful Oasis for Staff
The staff entrance area is designed as a cozy, playful outdoor backyard-like space, energizing employees as they return to work. It offers a relaxing environment, complete with a coffee area, to ease the transition into the workday.Landmark: Guiding the Flow of the Workspace
This refers to key elements distributed across the open office space. Each wing of the building features a unique landmark that not only draws attention and guides movement but also reflects StarHub’s core cultural values—Achieve, Optimize, Collaborate, Learn, and Innovate. These landmarks serve as focal points, reinforcing the company’s commitment to fostering a dynamic and collaborative workspace.
