KMV Property Management, a notable brokerage and facility management firm in Sofia, Bulgaria, has recently moved into a new office designed by Cache atelier. The space is crafted to support both team collaboration and client meetings in a straightforward, functional environment.
The office features an open-concept layout that transitions smoothly into a reception and quick-meeting area, creating an inviting space for clients. Exposed concrete elements lend an industrial feel, reflecting the company’s modern, no-frills approach, while warm wood finishes add a touch of balance and warmth.
A distinctive feature of the office is the meeting room, where a custom-designed decorative piece, made specifically for the space, adds personality to the room and complements the office’s clean, practical design.
