Amway Offices – Jakarta
Mula Design Studio created an innovative office space inspired by Amway’s “Life at Amway” campaign, focusing on well-being every day through a blend of comfort, nature, and flexibility.
Amway, a global leader in health and beauty, launched the “Life at Amway” campaign to emphasize the company’s commitment to valuing talent, inspiring achievements, and fostering an innovative, people-focused culture with competitive, family-friendly benefits.
Inspired by this campaign, we designed an office space that reflects the beauty of everyday life. We believe that everyday moments, while seemingly ordinary, form a powerful system that shapes us as individuals and as a company. For this project, we reimagined the traditional “office” as an “everyday space” where everyone can express themselves freely and comfortably.
This office design embodies a vision of “well-being every day,” prioritizing spaces that promote health, comfort, and inspiration. Natural light pours in through large windows, enhancing mood and productivity, while thoughtfully placed plants create a calming, biophilic environment. Ergonomic furniture supports healthy posture and inviting breakout areas encourage relaxation and connection. Soft, natural color palettes, along with flexible seating and movement-friendly layouts, support physical and mental wellness. This is more than an office—it’s a space where employees can thrive and feel balanced every day.
