Gölmak Construction Offices – Istanbul
OSO Architecture designed a project for Gölmak Construction, integrating distinctive construction industry elements into the modern interior with fluid, curvilinear forms reflecting the company’s new identity in Istanbul.
The office interior project designed for Gölmak Construction is located in Maltepe, Istanbul on an area of 450m2. The main criteria of the design is the spatial relationship with the sector in which the company operates. In this direction, some distinctive and characteristic elements of the construction industry have been integrated into the project design. Starting from the reception desk, this understanding is reinforced by the graphics on the fluid blue wall surface that circulates the entire office. In this way, the design is associated with the company’s business sector, giving the space a sense of belonging.
The curvilinear fluid forms that surround and envelop the user from the entrance reflect the new identity of the company with its modern and contemporary architectural style.
The open office and social area are planned close to each other due to the compact planning of the office. This close relationship is visually rendered semi-permeable with the use of columns and separations to provide ease of use. In addition, acoustic measures, especially on the walls and ceilings, have significantly increased the level of sound comfort.
In summary, it is aimed to create an impressive and pleasant space for both users and visitors, where curved lines and a modern design language, pastel and warm colors are used in all spaces of the office from the entrance.
