Sienna Investment Managers Offices – Paris
Factory helped Sienna Investment Managers unite teams into one office, emphasizing collaborative spaces, well-being, and company identity through design choices like color schemes and sustainable furniture.
Before working with Factory, Sienna Investment Managers (IM) was faced with a fairly classic but blocking problem: her teams were split between two locations. So the idea was to bring all the staff together under one roof and to create a space that would fully reflect Sienna IM identity, with a move to a flex office as the keystone.
After a study phase, we introduced a real diversity of spaces to encourage collaborative working, while respecting individual preferences. We prioritised well-being and comfort, with a ratio of 8 workstations per 10 employees, acoustic solutions to ensure confidentiality and serenity, standing desks to encourage movement and a large cafeteria capable of seating up to 70 people. We also drew on their graphic guidelines to deploy a color scheme through the signage and windows and collaborated with a contemporary photographer with a unique take on nature, in line with Sienna IM positioning on responsible finances. Finally, we sought to minimise the project’s carbon footprint by chosing to recondition some of the existing furniture, and select recycled furniture made by French and European brands.
