The Eurofins GSC IT Poland office blends business elegance with a cozy, warm interior that fosters creativity, collaboration, and free exchange of ideas in a friendly atmosphere. The office bridges the gap between formal and informal business meetings, offering employees and visitors a flexible work environment ideal for collaboration, focused work, and relaxation. It reflects the company’s identity and culture, characterized by openness, knowledge sharing, and frequent spontaneous interactions.

The new Eurofins GSC IT Poland office also responds to lasting changes in work culture prompted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The elegant and comfortable interior is designed to encourage a return to the office after the remote work period and support emotional balance between working at the office and from home (#WorkLifeBalance). One of the main objectives was to create an office that people genuinely enjoy spending time in—a space they are eager to return to.

The ergonomic work environment aims to support employees’ physical and mental health, increase productivity, and facilitate hybrid work. The flexible office space allows employees to choose optimal conditions for their tasks, including focused work. The office features high-quality ergonomic furniture, including height-adjustable sit-stand desks. Stylish interiors, distinct from typical IT industry standards, interweave into a cohesive whole.

    Lounge Office
The lounge-inspired office interior, influenced by mid-century modern style, evokes the atmosphere of a hotel lounge, favorite restaurant, or café—a place to meet friends or engage in creative work over a cup of coffee. Interior elements such as comfortable armchairs, booths, bar islands in café areas, wainscoting, lighting, live plants, and high-quality finishes (e.g., natural wood, brass, terrazzo, leather, soft fabrics) create a unique, restaurant-like ambiance. A lunch break in this setting feels like meeting friends in a downtown café.

The multi-functional lounge-style coworking area, integrated with a dining space and kitchen, fosters stronger bonds between employees and builds a sense of belonging to the company. This aspect is particularly important in a post-COVID reality marked by individuality and hybrid work environments.

    Sustainable Office Space
A key design objective was to minimize the environmental impact of the arrangement and reduce waste—both during the office’s construction and in its future operation. In selecting the new office location, Eurofins, a company with a strong commitment to environmental responsibility, analyzed several office spaces for their suitability for the new investment. Prioritizing reuse of existing arrangements and furniture—whether directly or through modification—we chose the space best aligned with the project’s goals.

The space plan incorporated pre-defined organizational objectives and the needs of various employee groups (e.g., movement patterns within the company, specific departmental work requirements). We maximized the potential of the existing space, resulting in a design where 70% of the layout from the previous tenant remained intact. This approach significantly reduced waste at the initial stage of the project. The remaining 30% of the office underwent significant redevelopment to meet the needs of the Security Operation Centre.

This thoughtful balance of budget optimization and environmental care demonstrates how sustainability and innovation can coexist in modern office design.
