The concept embraces symmetry and balance to create visual harmony, while neutral furnishings and rich textures ground the space with a sense of calm. The result is a sophisticated, refined environment that reflects the firm’s ethos and commitment to excellence.

    Design Programming
The 6,000-square-foot office features a mix of private offices and public zones, including lounges, meeting and hospitality areas, and a collaborative bullpen. Each private office is designed for flexibility, integrating three distinct zones: a desk for focused work, a breakout meeting table, and a lounge area. The hospitality-driven lounge spaces are designed for both everyday work and special events.

    Acoustics & Lighting
Despite overlooking one of Midtown’s busiest avenues, the office is whisper-quiet. Acoustic paneling and wall-to-wall Tretford wool carpeting provide sound attenuation in the private offices and bullpen. State-of-the-art AV technology—including discreet pendant microphones and PTZ cameras—ensures that every participant in the 20+ person boardroom is heard with crystal clarity. The Magneto lighting system by Coronet offers a plug-and-play solution for flexible illumination throughout the space. In lounge areas, chrome and mercury glass lamps provide warm, ambient lighting.

    Furnishings & Art
The lounge spaces draw inspiration from Florence Knoll’s rigor, symmetry, and harmony in contemporary corporate interiors. Working closely with the MillerKnoll team, the furnishings, materials and color palette were carefully chosen to create a warm, cohesive atmosphere. The founders collaborated with Samuel Owen Gallery to curate a contemporary art collection that enhances the office’s refined aesthetic.
