Bravestars Games was founded with the vision of bringing the Vietnamese video game industry to the global stage. In order to create a dynamic environment that stimulates creativity for the team of artists and game developers, Iplus Architecture collaborated with Bravestars to design a modern, energetic workspace that reflects the strong identity of Bravestars.

In the 22nd century, when humanity had reached a Level 2 civilization, a groundbreaking leap was made: the successful creation of the “Dyson Sphere,” a device designed to collect and transport energy from the Brave star. This virtually infinite energy source, known as “The Orange Energy,” heralded a new era, enabling humanity to not only conquer distant regions of the universe but also to embark on missions beyond imagination.

Drawing inspiration from this narrative, the image of the Dyson Sphere was integrated into the office design, creating a workspace that is not only visually striking but also impeccably functional. Energy “reactors” are interconnected through light conduits, forming a space that is both modern and inventive, encouraging the team to unlock their full creative potential.

With a floor area of 1200m², the office is designed to optimize space, efficiently accommodating over 140 employees. In this youthful, dynamic, and collaborative environment, flexibility is key. The space is crafted to quickly adapt to changes and evolving work demands. From the very beginning, technical solutions were devised with the aim of maximizing ceiling height—by removing existing ceiling tiles and applying light-colored paint to create a sense of openness and airiness.

To mitigate the impact of solar radiation from the west and southwest-facing windows, the workspaces are positioned deeper within the layout, leaving room for communal areas like the lounge and main break area. These areas are adorned with sun-loving tropical plants, helping to reduce direct sunlight and soften the space’s otherwise stark ambiance. Meanwhile, the workspaces still enjoy diffused natural light, cultivating a comfortable and pleasant work environment. In the late afternoon, gentle beams of sunlight filter through the foliage, casting shimmering patterns on the floor.

The office embodies a minimalist, futuristic design, blending contrasting elements in a striking harmony. It contrasts the flowing lines of the energy conduits with the clean, organized workspaces. It marries the cold, industrial steel with the warmth of orange-red hues. Interspersed between the work areas are relaxation zones designed like checkpoints in a video game—evoking the innovative projects the company is currently developing.
