WABON Technology Offices – Foshan
ATDESIGNOFFICE designed a modern office concept for WABON Technology focusing on people-centric design, efficient space allocation, employee well-being, flexible interiors, and integration of visitor facilities for a practical and innovative working environment.
Modern office concepts have transformed office spaces into venues that showcase corporate culture, promote collaboration, and enhance efficiency. The design of new Wabon Technology Building is centered around people, integrating humanistic care with the corporate spirit to create a practical and innovative working environment.
We offer a fresh approach to personal space allocation – with an average office area of 5.2㎡ per person, meeting spaces of 2.8㎡, and a third space of 4.5㎡, totaling 12.5㎡, to promote employee communication and stimulate creativity.
On the ground floor we provide small to large meetings rooms and two training rooms to meet different needs. The overall spatial design is centered around flexibility and multifunctionality. The interior is furnished with easily movable tables and chairs, allowing for swift rearrangements to accommodate various training needs. The wall niches are cleverly designed to provide additional spaces for rest or discussion, enhancing the functionality of the space.
The fifth floor is dedicated to a comprehensive range of welfare facilities, including a badminton court, yoga studio, gym, table tennis room, and billiards room. This thoughtfully designed area caters to the diverse needs of our employees, offering a variety of recreational and fitness options to promote well-being and work-life balance.
The corridor, situated along the building’s outer edge, presents a delightful panorama, enhancing the overall experience with pleasant views. The gym is thoughtfully arranged behind the corridor, shielded from direct sunlight to provide a comfortable running environment while still allowing gym-goers to appreciate the external vistas. Additionally, the canteen is conveniently located on this floor, making it easy for employees to enjoy meals in a relaxed setting. The ceiling, crafted from fiber glass, not only adds a modern aesthetic but also delivers superior acoustic performance, creating a more pleasant and productive atmosphere within the space
Each floor is thoughtfully designed with designated rest areas that encourage informal communication and provide a serene space for reading. The terraces on the 10th and 11th floors are particularly inviting, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens that offer a touch of nature within the urban environment.
This project seamlessly integrates office space with visitor facilities, encompassing a design center, testing studios, and manufacturing labs. The generous floor space and flexible layout cater to a variety of needs. The visitor passage is thoughtfully designed to allow clients to easily understand the production process.
