PMG Group redesigned Koda Capital’s office in Brisbane to integrate functionality, privacy, and branding, creating a sophisticated workspace that reflects the company’s values and growth ambitions within budget constraints.
PMG has transformed Koda Capital’s new office on Level 32 of Riparian Plaza in Brisbane into a space that balances functionality, privacy, and branding, delivering an environment that embodies the company’s ethos.
The design and construction of this 343 sqm workspace were guided by Koda Capital’s key objectives: creating a welcoming front-of-house experience, maintaining client confidentiality, and fostering an environment primed for future growth. PMG also drew inspiration from Koda’s Sydney office while infusing distinctive Brisbane characteristics into the design, ensuring the space felt both familiar and uniquely local.
A Thoughtful Blend of Form and Function
Koda Capital’s workspace celebrates its client-centric focus, with PMG prioritising welcoming meeting spaces that frame the city’s stunning views through perimeter glazing. The unique architectural angles of Riparian Plaza were embraced as a feature rather than a challenge, shaping boardroom layouts to optimise both form and function.Privacy was a critical consideration. High-performing acoustic solutions and visual barriers ensure sensitive conversations are conducted without compromise, reflecting Koda Capital’s commitment to discretion and professionalism.

– Custom Signage: The Koda logo and branding were abstracted into stencilled motifs on walls, created using paint and acrylic for a clean, sophisticated effect.
– Bespoke Room Identifiers: The company’s elephant motif was adapted into cut-outs, adding character while aiding wayfinding.
