  • Our office project, located in Istanbul, is designed for VHV Insurance and consists of two floors in total. The design features a fluid spatial arrangement aimed at enhancing employee comfort and productivity. In the spatial layout, soft transitions have been preferred over sharp changes, reinforcing a sense of continuity and coherence within the space.

A natural approach has been adopted rather than an industrial design, aiming for users to work in a warmer and more inviting environment. Throughout the office, colors aligned with the corporate identity have been used. However, more diverse and vibrant color tones have been incorporated in social areas to create a sense of warmth and intimacy. Wood surfaces and green textures support this warm atmosphere, enhancing user comfort. The selection of materials and colors has successfully established a balanced relationship between functionality and aesthetics. The design embraces a functional and flexible approach, creating spaces that adapt to various user needs.

In the spatial arrangement, a circulation axis around the core has been created to facilitate employee movement within the office. Workstation areas are positioned close to the facade to maximize daylight. Common areas such as phone booths, a coffee corner, and a print area are organized around the core. This design approach allows users to easily access spaces tailored to their different needs. The lighting design has been shaped with both aesthetic and functional considerations in mind. Particularly in focus areas such as phone booths and social spaces, fabric-covered lighting elements have been used to ensure visual comfort while enhancing acoustic performance.

The project provides a solution tailored to the needs of modern insurance sector employees while successfully blending corporate identity with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The use of natural materials, combined with a functional and flexible design approach, creates a working environment suitable for the office concept of the future.
