Throughout the space, elements of the company’s rich, family-oriented history are thoughtfully incorporated, creating a sense of continuity and tradition.

The headquarters celebrates the company’s legacy through the thoughtful integration of distinctive design elements, including commissioned artwork and an extensive graphics and branding package that reflects its storied past. This approach ensures that employees and visitors experience a strong connection to the company’s heritage, cultivating a sense of pride and tradition within the workspace.

A key feature of the design is the dedicated museum space, which honors Lucas Oil’s longstanding industry partnerships and milestones. Offering an interactive product experience, memorabilia, and multimedia presentations, the museum tells the story of Lucas Oil’s evolution, from its early days to its current global standing in the industry. It serves as a tribute to the company’s history while inspiring both employees and visitors with its message of community engagement.

The overall design captures Lucas Oil’s enduring values while providing a forward-focused workplace. Several notable design elements were strategically incorporated to highlight the products Lucas Oil creates, such as the oil drum barrel island base in the social hub area—a subtle nod to the company’s core product. Additionally, the felt lighting in the upstairs social hub is designed to resemble automotive parts, further emphasizing Lucas Oil’s connection to the automotive and racing industries.

Ultimately, the headquarters stands as a physical representation of Lucas Oil’s evolution—honoring its history, celebrating its industry achievements, and reinforcing its commitment to excellence. By blending tradition with modern design, the space embodies the company’s vision for the future, making it a timeless symbol of both its legacy and its potential.
