Insada Design Team created a modern industrial office for Panca Jaya Setia (PJS) in Jakarta, reflecting the company’s brand identity with sleek lines, monochromatic palette, and functional spaces.
Located in Jakarta, Indonesia, the new headquarters of Panca Jaya Setia (PJS) is a modern industrial office designed to support the company’s growth as a leader in automotive service equipment. Spanning 3,945 square meters across five floors, the workspace was crafted to accommodate both the current team and future expansion.
The first floor serves as a welcoming space, housing the lobby, lounge, and receiving rooms. The second floor is dedicated to large meeting rooms and open offices, while the third floor features a function hall that seamlessly connects to a bar lounge. Additionally, the first three floors include exhibition spaces along the main street façade—highlighting heavy-duty equipment on the ground level, with the upper floors displaying an extensive product catalog. The fourth and fifth floors form the core of the PJS office, integrating interconnected double-height spaces, open offices, meeting rooms, director suites, and a collaborative working lounge.
The interior concept reflects PJS’s bold new brand identity, incorporating sleek modern lines and a monochromatic color palette accented with warm finishes and strategically placed bold expressions. Throughout the headquarters, accent walls serve as a wayfinding system, distinguishing different divisions and functional areas.
Key materials and design elements enhance the industrial yet refined aesthetic. Strategically painted exposed ceilings, highlighted with bent aluminum profiles and perforated panels, create visual depth. Homogeneous tile transitions subtly define zones, while back-painted glass in bold colors adds vibrancy and serves as an intuitive navigation feature. To elevate the space, select surfaces—such as reception counters, bar lounges, and tabletops—are finished with premium marble, infusing warmth and a touch of understated luxury.
Designed with functionality and brand alignment in mind, the PJS Headquarters merges industrial efficiency with a modern, dynamic workspace—reinforcing its status as a leader in the automotive service equipment industry.
