Parallel Design Group transformed Stifel’s office space in Indianapolis by strategically blending contemporary and timeless design elements to create a dynamic, professional, and collaborative environment for employees and clients.
Stifel sought to create a workspace that embodies their core values while fostering an environment conducive to collaboration and growth. Through strategic space planning, attention to detail, and thoughtful selection of premium materials and finishes, Parallel Design Group transformed the office into a dynamic and welcoming environment that serves both employees and clients.
The design emphasizes a balance of form and function, ensuring that every space supports Stifel’s operational needs while reflecting a sense of professionalism. A blend of contemporary aesthetics and timeless design was achieved with a color palette that evokes calm and trust, complemented by warm wood tones and refined furnishings. Open spaces encourage collaboration, while private offices and meeting rooms offer tranquility and privacy for focused work and confidential client meetings.
A key aspect of the redesign was the extensive custom millwork package, which was integral in achieving the project’s sophisticated aesthetic. Custom cabinetry and wood ceilings` were included throughout. Notably, the custom steel decorative shelving units added a unique touch, while maintaining a polished aesthetic that aligns with the firm’s professional image. The reception area was designed to make a strong first impression, with a glass feature wall and custom millwork slat ceiling that create a sophisticated appearance upon entry. Throughout the office, the design prioritizes natural light, creating a bright, airy atmosphere for employees.
The redesign successfully elevates the client experience while providing a functional and inspiring workplace.
